By your mercy you comforted us through our night's sleep and awakened us to glorify your goodness and to offer up your prayers. Now, in your tender love, accept us who adore you and thank you with all our hearts. If they lead to salvation, let us grant all our requests; Grant us the grace to reveal that we are children of the light and of the day, and inherit your everlasting reward. Remember all your people, O Lord, with your great mercy; All present praying with us; To all our brethren on land, sea or air, anywhere in your sphere, invoking your love for humanity. Pour out your great mercy on all, that we may endure saved in body and soul; And that in our faith we may always, now and forever, praise your great and blessed name, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
